Windows 11
- Open Settings (Windows-Key + i)
- Go to System - Display - Graphics
- Either search for Teams, or click Add MIcrosoft Store App and select Microsoft Teams
- Select GPU Setting "Max Performance (<Your-GPU>)
Enable HMSS
High Motion Screen Sharing increases the Framerate of the Teams Screen Sharing System and the Application to reduce the Lag introduced by itself.
Press: CLTR+ALT+SHIFT+T
This can only be done while in a Meeting.
This Acts as a Toggle. Once to activate, another to deactivate
ANC / HFA
If Active Noise Cancellation and/or High Fidelity Audio is enabled, this can significantly reduce Performance of Microsoft Teams.
One specific Case, when using a ANC-capable Headset and having ANC enabled for both the Headset itself and Teams, this can lead to a race-condition between the two Systems that will impact performance while in Meetings.
It is recommended, to only use one ANC System and disable HFA if not necessary

Define a new Service for Microsoft Teams with Audio/Video Ports
Create a Traffic Shaping Policy for this Service. Assign your necessary Interfaces and the created Service
